Two things: the account you sign in with (your email address, or the Google account you choose), and the records you type in — items, prices, dates, grading details, sales and business costs.

Only you. Every record is tagged with your account, and the database refuses to return another person's rows. There is no shared or public view of your ledger.

Your records are used only to show you your own totals and profit figures. They are not sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train anything.

When you ask the assistant a question, a summary of your own figures — stock, sales, costs, income and pots — is sent along with your question to the AI service that writes the answer. It is used only to answer you, not to train models. Your conversation is saved to your account so you can pick it up later, and the “Clear Chat” button deletes it permanently.

Data is held in the app's managed cloud database and is encrypted in transit. Sign-in is handled by the same managed service, so passwords are never stored by this app directly.

You can delete any item or cost from inside the app at any time. If you want your whole account and all its records removed, ask and it will be deleted permanently.
